Satellite Navigation Technology has developed to be used for different purposes and users. Recently, this technology is part of our daily life, it is embedded in a large amount of systems and devices from military applications and non military applications like map-making, land surveying, commerce, agriculture and disaster mitigation. Also it is used in many applications like air and land traffic monitoring, surveillance, geocaching and waymarking. Until few years ago satellite navigation was mainly GPS. However, the launch of Galileo Initial Service in December 2016 paved the way for new services and applications which are becoming available all over the world. These innovative services can foster the adoption of Galileo outside Europe, in particular in those countries which are not GNSS providers like in South-East Asia. If you are interested in satellite navigation, in its applications and in discovering the new trends of this amazing technology, please join us for the BELS Workshop and Training.

BELS in collaboration with National Institute of Aeronautics and Space (LAPAN-Indonesia), National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA-Thailand), and Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST-Vietnam) will held the workshop and training in Bandung from July 17 to July 19, 2019.
